Senior Representative
Want to know how our Senior Representative Model Program works? An Cassandra Hall Photography and Design Senior Model is just that…a model. We advertise our services to seniors throughout the Southwest Wisconsin area each year and we need fantastic images to do that. That’s where you come in. We collaborate with you to create a custom senior portrait session that reflects your tastes and who you are. Each senior model session is completely custom. We love working with sports, dance, the arts, and people actively involved in living their passions.
After your photo session we create advertising materials using the images. Examples of promotional materials include: cards, social media advertisements, posters, videos and much more. You never know where you might pop up!

Why should you choose our program?
Focus on capturing a moment frozen in time using photography, a true piece of art. Which is what each and every senior is! We take the time to build a lasting relationship with our clients so your photos will truly represent YOU! To help foster this relationship we do require a consultation, parents are required to be there if under the age of 18, so we can make sure that all expectations are met.

We are looking for students of all types/styles!
Outgoing and love talking with people, that's how you make extra rewards! (Who said your parents talk too much, let the bragging carry on!)
Comfortable in front of the camera, because lets face it you're a model!
Have time to dedicate to promoting Cassandra Hall Photography and Design in your school and in extracurricular activities.
Currently be a Senior planning to graduate in the class of 2020.
Live in and attend a school within 40 miles of zip code 53809 (limited exceptions can be made to this rule, so feel free to apply & catch my eye!).
What do you get???
A FREE Senior Session - The Summer before school starts and/or during the first few weeks of school, must be done within the first 6 months of your senior year. This shoot will last up to 2-3 hours and include unlimited outfit changes. You will be using the images from this session to advertise for Cassandra Hall Photography and Design throughout the year.
Designer Rep Cards – Custom designed cards with your photo on it from your session. These referral cards will have your name, photo & my contact information to pass out to your family, friends and underclassmen!
Senior Rep Spotlight - Blog post on my website and other media, featuring you, your hobbies & interests along with the best photos from the session. Our Website, Brochures, Magazine ad, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and any other advertising pieces are some of the places in which you may also appear!
Rep Card Redeemed - Every Senior whom books using YOUR Senior Rep Card from your friends (beyond the first 3 that are required) within a year, you will receive a special gift. Your friend you referred to us will receive 12 FREE wallets. Valid one card per senior, per session.
Graduation Invitation Design Set - Including formal invitations, locker tags, magnets and any additional look you desire which will be determined after senior rep service has been completed!
Extra 8x10 - Printed image for every 5 friends you get to “Like” our Cassandra Hall Photography and Design Facebook page. Friend needs to message us or post on our page and let us know who referred them! Who ever said you can't afford that big print for BOTH your grandparents?!
FREE Family Session - You or your family will get a FREE 30 minute family session at a location of their choice (Date of session must be by October 1, of the\at senior year standard print prices apply.)
BONUS!!! - If you send me 10+ referrals that book & pay for their session, you’ll get a $50 gift card bonus!
Rep Requirements
Pay initial fee of $50 which gets you in as an official Cassandra Hall Photography and Design Model. This investment will be used as a print credit towards your order from your session to be done later in the year. Which means a FREE Senior Session with this promissory payment to complete requirements.
You and your parents must agree to promote only for Cassandra Hall Photography and Design for your senior portraits from the time of acceptance through the entire school year. You are not allowed to be a model of multiple photo studios.
You are not allowed to have professional photos taken of yourself during this school year by any competing portrait photographer in regards to senior programs. You are exclusively representing Cassandra Hall Photography and Design.
Request for you to love the images enough for you to use the initial photos from the model session as your Facebook profile picture and the created timeline imagery throughout the year and recycle them out regularly for the entire duration of your senior year.
You are responsible for sending Cassandra Hall Photography and Design a minimum of 3 referrals. These referrals must book, pay for, and complete their Senior Session by May, 2019.
If minimum of 3 referrals is not met, you will be responsible to pay the balance of your standard 2-3 hour senior session fee ($275, as if a regular client would)
You and Your parent or Guardian (if under the age of 18) MUST sign a model release, allowing Cassandra Hall Photography and Design to use your images for media, advertising and promotional purposes.
Okay so now you’re interested. What do you do next?
Before you can become an official Senior Rep for Cassandra Hall Photography and Design, you must fill out the SENIOR REP MODEL APPLICATION, also available through your school's CHPD Senior Rep, mail, or contact me by email for digital copy.
Once excepted to become Cassandra Hall Photography and Design Senior Rep pay the small program fee of $50 which goes towards your future premium ordering session package! (So you get this back in products!!!)
The search has already begun and slots are filling up, looking for 1-3 senior model in each school in the Southwest Wisconsin area! We’ve already started receiving some potential models’ application at some schools, so if you’re interested…hurry!
